  2. Project Menu Help

  5. Items on the Project Menu generally perform on the Whole Worksheet
  6. File, rather than a portion of the Worksheet such as a Cell or Range.
  7. Activities include:  Opening new and existing Worksheets, closing
  8. the Worksheet, deleting a Worksheet File, saving a Worksheet, 
  9. creating a duplicate Worksheet file, printing a Worksheet File, and
  10. opening and closing the Workbench.

  16. Use this menu item to initialize a blank Worksheet.
  17. This may also be accesed by:  Right Amiga Key with N.

  24. Causes the display of a MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting existing
  25. Worksheet files to be loaded into the MaxiPlan program.  A file can
  26. be selected by either double clicking on the File Name in the
  27. Requester window or by Right Amiga Key with O.

  33. Use this Menu Item to close the Worksheet.  This selection is
  34. equivalent to clicking on the close box gadget in the top left
  35. corner of the window.

  43. As is the case with the Open Worksheet command,  Delete File
  44. causes the display of MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting
  45. existing Worksheet files to be deleted from the disk and
  46. directories.  A file can be selected for deletion by either double
  47. clicking on its name, or by keying in a Path Name and File Name.
  48. A second Requester will appear asking you to confirm the
  49. deletion process.

  55. Save will save the current Worksheet with its current Name without 
  56. exiting MaxiPlan.  If the Worksheet has never been saved before,
  57. a Requester will be displayed for keying in the File Name of the
  58. Worksheet.

  60. Save can also be executed by:  Right Amiga key with S

  67. Save As allows you to save a duplicate Worksheet under a different
  68. name or on a different disk.

  70. If you have one disk drive you should type in the name of the disk
  71. into the PATH gadget and then click on the directory area to see
  72. files on that disk.  Remember to type a COLON (:) after the name
  73. of your disk (e.g. MaxiPlan Files:)

  79. If a Range is selected, only the Range is outputted.  If one Cell is
  80. selected, the entire Worksheet will be outputted.  Choose either
  81. PRINTER or FILE from the Submenu to direct your output to the proper
  82. destination.

  88. Several options are available such as page numbers, grid lines, Row and
  89. Column notation, date and time, Worksheet file name, or a customized
  90. Title to your printout.

  95. Worksheet Status

  98. This selection displays information about the number of Cells used,
  99. free memory available, calculation mode, Clipboard size, talking
  100. and protection mode status, number of charts used and the location
  101. of the last Cell in the Worksheet.

  107. The Open Workbench allows you to access the Workbench without
  108. leaving MaxiPlan.

  114. Close Workbench is provided so that after you have used the
  115. Workbench, you may close its window to save memory.  It is not
  116. necessary to close the Workbench if you have enough memory.

  122. Fast Cell Display speeds up the rate the screen is refreshed. 
  123. However, it does require additional memory.  If you need additional
  124. memory such as to save a Worksheet, turn off Fast Cell Display.
